Kids classes for ages 5 years old and up are Monday, Tuesday No Gi, & Thursday @ 4:45PM - 5:45PM

Adult Jiu Jitsu classes Monday, Tuesday No Gi, & Thursday @ 6:00PM - 7:30PM

Wednesday 9:30 am Cardio Kickboxing

Wednesday 10:30 am Homeschool Kids Jiu Jitsu

Wednesday 5pm Kids Muay / Thai 6pm Adult Muay Thai

If you would like to schedule a free trial class please give us a call and schedule a date and time with us. Trial class members must show up at least 5 minutes early. If you have a clean Gi (uniform) or Nogi attire please wear it. Otherwise we recommend trial members wear boardshorts and a t-shirt for men and yoga pants or leggings and a comfortable t-shirt for women. Go Train!
